  We spent a week at this residence which had the most breathtaking view. Situated right on the river our family enjoyed all the benefits of the immediate access to the water as well as the bike path that ran along the river.
  The house inside was a little tired and the carpet in need of replacement. Many of the blinds unfortunately didn't work and surprisingly there was no WIFI. The bedrooms were very hot however the mains areas had very good air conditioning. The Pool Table had a few tears in it which had been taped up; it didn't stop us playing but did affect the games at times. The other facilities - kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, space, eating areas, BBQ were excellent.

  Gorgeous riverfront property with direct access to Manning River and walking path connecting with Harrington foreshore. Very close to shos and golf club. Quality, comfortably furniture. The quality of fixtures and fittings is pretty basic. Very limited boat parking. Not really suitable for multi-car groups due to sub-optimal driveway design. The carpet is absolutely disgusting and needs replacing. The property is immaculate aside from the gross carpet.

  We had everything at our fingertips in this location. A walking track for the kids on scooters/bikes, lots of grass area for them to run around, fishing at our back door and a small beachy area for a swim. All without loading the car!

  We had the best 8 days staying at this house everything was perfect, it’s a very quiet area lots of lovely friendly locals walking past. Every morning and afternoon we seen dolphins swimming in the river, the toy room and pool table was a massive hit for our family. The Irish pub is only a short walk and was absolutely Amazing loved the food, beautiful views and Lovely Staff. We would 100% recommend this place and we will definitely be back. 😊

  Amazing spot to relax with family and friends. The house is a decent size for a large group so you have your own space if needed and not to crowded.
  Has everything you need in the house from cooking utensils to laundry. Was very clean and tidy. Quiet neighbourhood with lovely locals.

  The property was in a terrific location, walking distance to the Golf club and Irish pub. Not too far to the shops and boat ramp. We loved the beautiful views of the river and gorgeous sunsets. We saw dolphins in the river as we fished and whales from the Crowdy heads lighthouse! The house is huge and well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Would love to come back 👍

  Loved the house and location. The neighbours dog was a pain barking constantly all hours of the night and early morning! The carpet is not great as I am sure the owners are aware I did wish we were advised how bad it was. I would suggest to the owners that they consider having a fridge in the stage for tenants use for bait and drinks. The ensuite shower leaks in the floor outside the shower the house was not overly clean but we enjoyed our stay. We were advised that the key lock combination had changed which it hadn’t so made returning keys difficult.

  great location, spacious house , interior was very tired and carpets needed replacing.
  the cleaners didn't really look like they had been there at all so definitely not covid clean .outdoor alfresco was lovely looking on to the river BUT, if you want a peaceful relaxed holiday catching up with family and friends forget this one unfortunately for the owner, the neighbours all around are rude, and we were intimidated by them from the moment we arrived . their dogs constantly barked and they made sure of that.other neighbours walked right up the driveway counting cars and people. we abided by the terms and conditions so this was just disgraceful. very unhappy Christmas 2021, a lot of money to pay when we couldn't sneeze without a complaint let alone sit out by the river without photos being taken of us. HPAC, were amazing with their communications and apologetic but this happens to every holiday maker that rents this one so I have heard. should have done the research first.

  We were a family of 9,being 3 adult couples and 3 littlies. The position of The Waters Edge was truly perfect. A beautiful house with maybe just the carpet being an issue, as in its current state, it could very possibly be a dangerous trip hazard. Everything provided was perfect, except the dishwasher was missing the cutlery basket. Our family loved the waterfront position, loved fishing out the front and we all loved the grass area and the perfect walkway. Would love to stay at this property again

  The property well suited our needs and was perfectly located. We would most certainly consider re booking.
  
  Some feedback which would improve the property and guest experience include:
  
  - The property is in need of maintenance with carpets upstairs heavily stained. Whilst the property was tidy, it certainly wasn’t what I would call clean. We wiped down the kitchen floor and it was pretty dirty (on the day of arrival). Given the current climate, it was concerning that the property didn’t appear to me more thoroughly cleaned.
  
  - Upon arrival, the dishwasher was only partially emptied and the BBQ was filthy. We literally used a whole packet of BBQ cleaning wipes before we could use it.
  
  - The dishwasher does not clean the dishes properly, even on the intensive cycle. Food was very much on plates and required hand washing.
  
  - Email communications provided conflicting information in relation to checkout.
  
  Most disappointing was the fact that following a conversation with the agent re checking out, they failed to come back to me with an update. Personally, I think that is poor. I text the number that messaged on our day of arrival and did not receive a response either.
